Egg Vermicelli

It's dear's chinese birthday today and I've cooked 2 boiled eggs with vermicelli (also know as meesua) for him. That's what my parents always do for me, when it's my chinese birthday. :)

All the while, Dear doesnt really like meesua. Dont know why. But actually meesua is one of my fave noodles. It's easy to cook & digest. Simple & nice. Suddenly, I'm thinking of "Ah Zong Mian Xian" from Taiwan... yummy...... :P~

Anyway, just in case, you think the egg vermicelli seems kinda miserable from the picture... actually I also added chicken wings (his fave) as a side dish for him. :p
