Cheezy pork bites

This is what we had for tonight's dinner! Cheezy pork bites I called it when dear asked me what are they. It's a name I came up with pretty last minute. LOL

I had 2 slices of cheese hanging around in my fridge so I thought of using them up. Too bad, I didnt have enough minced pork, so I only ended up using 1 piece of the cheese. Didnt want to overstuff in case the cheese seeps out.

Now.... how should I incorporate the last piece of cheese into the dishes I'm gonna cook for the next few days.......
