We had a friend visiting us last week. Our wedding emcee aka one of dear's "shiongdis" - Huifeng. Althought it was only a short 2-day visit , we had fun and enjoyed showing her around Seattle. :)
Other than the number one tourist draw - Pike Place Market, we also went to the symbolic landmark of Seattle - The Space Needle. The weather was great! And we had awesome views of Downtown Seattle, Mt Rainier, Lake Union etc etc.
We had also wanted to go to the Future of Flight Aviation Center & Boeing Tour. Alas! The tour has been temporarily suspended due to labor dispute and the workers are on strike.. We knew this beforehand, nevertheless we still went because there was an alternate tour which allowed us an inside view of the Paine Field.
Later on, we spent the whole afternoon at the premium outlets for some crazy shopping and ended the evening with a filling dinner at The Crab Pot. The restaurant that dear will bring all visiting friends and family to... And yes, if you visit us, we'll bring you there too.... Unless you dont like seafood feasts. :)
