五香卷

I made 五香卷 for our dinner last night. I must say it was a daring attempt.

I've always been the consumer of it but never the cook.

When we came across the beancurd skin when we went shopping at a chinese supermarket last weekend, I decided to buy & give it a try.

The result? It tasted pretty good for a 1st-timer. keke!

But of course, dear still ranks his mother's as the best "ngor hiang" he has eaten in his whole life.

In my opinion, my mum's "ngor hiang" is the BEST in my world!


In any case, I don't mind being the runner-up :p
