And yes, in case you're wondering, it was actually the uncooked kway teow leftover from the Kway Chap I've cooked on Sunday. So, I improvised the Hor Fun with whatever I had in my fridge. :D

Anyway, I think this is the deluxe version of Hor Fun with scallops, 4 fishballs and jumbo prawns. haha!

But, Mr Chua gave feedback that though there were alot of 料 (ingredients), the kway teow could have been stir-fry until much darker though -_-

Customers are so hard to please eh?
