Long story cut short. We were supposed to go to another friend's place on the day after Thanksgiving. But, he changed his mind and cancelled the gathering.
So, Jingying (my housmate) & I offered to host the gathering at our place instead. We were thinking of hosting a potluck but Kelvin suggested cooking Laksa with his soon-expiring Prima Taste Paste.
And so, a Laksa Feast was held!
Not as good as Katong Laksa but it was still delicious enough to satisfy all 12 tummies. Yummy!
