11 of us set off together on early Saturday morning and drove for almost 3.5 hours to Portland, Oregon. Our first stop was at Portland Saturday Market then lunch at Chinatown.
After lunch, we made our way to the Multnomah Falls at Columbia River Gorge. It was beautiful! Dear and I tried to walk all the way to the top of the Falls, which is 6.8miles from the bottom but we didnt manage to make it. The trail was too steep and we were breathless halfway through when we gave up. Poor stamina. :p
We went on to the Columbia Gorge Premium Outlets to do some shopping at Gap, Levi's etc, had a quick dinner at Subway before we drove for another 2 hrs before we reached the vacation rental house.
It's a dream house - double storey house with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and just steps from the Pacific Ocean. What more can we ask. :)
